Your choices

Optional visitor analytics is off until you select Accept analytics. Reject optional leaves the website, forms, language choices and office links available. Cookie settings at the foot of every public page lets you change your choice at any time. Accepting analytics is not acceptance of a professional engagement or permission for marketing.

Cookies and browser storage

Cookies and local or session storage remember your privacy choice, language, motion settings, globe choice and pet settings you select. Owner sign-in uses authentication storage. These functional settings are separate from optional analytics. Your privacy choice includes the notice version, decision time and a random choice identifier, and lasts up to 180 days on this browser. Clearing browser storage or an updated notice may prompt you again.

If accepted, analytics uses a random visitor identifier in local storage and a session identifier in session storage. Withdrawing consent clears those identifiers from this browser and stops future optional visit reporting. It does not automatically delete earlier records.

The hosting network may also set security cookies, including Cloudflare bot-protection cookies such as __cf_bm. These support security rather than optional visitor measurement and are managed by the hosting provider.

Optional visit information

Analytics records visited page paths and times, referring sites or links, campaign tags, browser and device categories, operating system, language, screen size, time zone and approximate country, region or city where available. Location is approximate, not GPS. IP addresses are not included in the website's visitor analytics records. Avoid placing personal information in campaign links.

Enquiries and appointments

Forms collect the contact details, service choices and messages you provide so the practice can respond and arrange meetings. Do not submit passwords or sensitive identity documents through these forms. General messages use hashmi@netvigator.com; urgent messages use hashmiq@netvigator.com, according to your selection. An appointment request is not a confirmed booking.

Submitting a form is voluntary. Required contact fields are needed to process your request; without them the practice may be unable to respond. Information may be processed outside Hong Kong by service providers; contact the practice for further details.

Service providers and external links

The website uses Lovable hosting and Lovable Cloud to operate the site and store submitted information. Selected message alerts use the configured email delivery service. The practice owner can review enquiries, appointments and analytics. Google-hosted fonts are requested by your browser. Publisher, map and LinkedIn links lead to independent services with their own privacy terms; opening them is your choice.

Access, correction and retention

Contact the practice to request access to or correction of your personal information, or to ask about deletion and applicable retention periods. Information needed for an enquiry, engagement or legal record-keeping may need to be retained. This notice does not set a blanket retention period for professional records.
