Undertaken by: Hashmi & Company

Bookkeeping

Sales, purchases, bank and cash entries posted from invoices, statements and receipts, with a schedule of anything unresolved.

Management accounts

Monthly or quarterly profit and loss, balance sheet and working capital position, prepared to a fixed timetable.

Financial statements

Annual statements prepared under the Hong Kong Financial Reporting Standards applicable to the company.

Reconciliations

Bank, receivable, payable and intercompany balances agreed before any reporting is released.

Payroll and MPF records

Wages, Mandatory Provident Fund enrolment and contribution records maintained alongside the books, so employer obligations can be evidenced at any time.

SME reporting concessions

Qualifying small and medium companies assessed for simplified reporting under the SME Financial Reporting Framework and Standard, reducing disclosure where the law allows.
